Dear Colleagues:

I am pleased to announce that Todd Monette, who is currently Production Manager at our Convent Refinery, will become General Manager at our Port Arthur Refinery, effective July 1.

Todd's previous roles have included assignments of increasing breadth and responsibility in engineering, maintenance & reliability, and operations at Delaware City Refinery, Deer Park Refinery, and the Houston head office. 

Todd will succeed Tom Purves, who is replacing Rudy Goetzee as Vice President - Manufacturing Americas, also effective July 1. Todd's former position at Convent will be posted in Open Resourcing.

Please join me in thanking Todd for his contributions at Convent and wishing him every success in his new assignment.
