Please join us on Tuesday, April 17th at 3:00pm at the Port Arthur International Seaman's Center on Houston Avenue.  The new construction is located at the intersection of Procter Street on Houston Avenue.

Motiva Enterprises Port Arthur Refinery Expansion Project will be presenting a check to Father Oubre, Board members and staff. 

The Port Arthur International Seaman's Center was established in 1972 to create a safe, clean and hospitable environment to U.S. and foreign mariners to our area.  Port Arthur has a proud history of serving the seafarers who visit its docks and the docks of local industry.  The Port Arthur Center is responsible for approximately twelve docks along the waterway - having serviced 2,200 vessels in 2006. 

Join us in our presentation to the Center to encourage others to help the organization complete the building.  It is a wonderful replica of the old KCS Train Station and stands on the exact site.
